PLOG 01-06: It Lives!
4 A.M. Just finished stripping the Fujitsu LCD 15″ and putting the controller boards together again (Started at ~2 A.M., with multiple interruptions). I ended up getting a little worked up and did more yanking than caressing, but thank God, it’s all good.
Pictures will be coming later, but for now, here is a shot I took after plopping the panel onto the OHP just to test if it’s still alive. (Sorry for large filesize, but it’s 4am and I need to be up by 9.30 tomorr- er, later. I’ll fix this later.) (Now uploaded two new shots, reduced filesize)
I’m surprised at how good the quality actually is. The fact that it’s just simply put on the OHP and that the OHP bulb is only a 250w halogen. The photo doesn’t do full justice: my – well, my brother’s – digital camera quite frankly, sucks (for example, shutter speed not fast enough, causing blurry projection this time I’m awake enough to pause the video before taking the photo).
