Been awhile since I did some desktop stuff.

Wallpaper is a mix between this and this.
Visual Style: Soft7 1.8 for Windows 7
Icons: Vichy

Display board area powered by Rainmeter, displays text from a txt file. It’s meant to be a ToDo list of sorts (only displays one task at a time, I think it’ll help keep me focused and actually get things done). I plan to somehow have it link up with RememberTheMilk.

Here’s something I’ve been working on…

using base fooLars2 by lassekongo83 .

primary mods:
- stop after current button
- added playlist switcher and graphical browser
- added “mini-mode”

minor custom tweaks:
- last played works with default foobar2000 0.9.5 statistics
- album search method
- grouping method

still working on it, final version will probably be featured in my next desktop.

Icons are Guild Wars, Music (folder), My Computer and Firefox (from left to right). I finally got around to using GCalDaemon to sync my Rainlendar and Google Calendar. I also have my wallpaper scheduled to automatically change when it’s day (I set it to right after I wake up) and when it’s dark. Check the day shot here (yea, I spoofed it just for the shot).

Nothing particularly special again, except Foobar. Posting it mainly for archiving purposes.

I’m also running two other useful apps (that are not shown):
1. Launchy 2.0 , an application launcher. hit alt+space to bring up the launch bar, then simply type in the first few letters of the program you want to launch. Also able to open files such as documents and music.
2. DesktopCoral , a tiny handy app that reserves space on your desktop such that maximized windows don’t cover this. I use this such that my winamp is always visible and in reach (at the top there).

Got a new macbook pro. Yep, beginning to use OSX. (I still love windows XP, but the macbook’s just blows every other laptop out of the water) As of now, Shape Shifter is not compatible with Leopard, so nothing much to do.

Heh, the real edition (as opposed to the Guild Wars Edition). Yea I actually had the GW Edition up for a few weeks, just never posted it, but decided that I should post it before I changed to a new setup.

Saw a friend’s Vista setup today and felt like giving it a shot. Finally moving away from Areao4! I like the VS + Winamp combination, but I think I may change the wallpaper. And I still kinda prefer Areao4.

And now it’s time to get some sleep.
